Description
We will limit the group size so that each man experiences some meaningful work that helps him dive deeper into what is behind his reactions and the patterns that continue to sabotage your relationships. This is shadow work. Looking into and connecting with those things that are behind our reactions.
This process will involve being with a supportive group of men, in-person, who are also working on themselves. The group will practice supporting each other as they witness each man working on their inner challenges.
Alistair has worked with thousands of men on these issues who appreciate the camaraderie and support that these groups create. Each person will have multiple opportunities to have work done on them. Some of what they do includes Shadow Work or ‘gestalt’ work where they access the different parts of you. Part of us doesn’t want to do this work, and part of us does. When we leave the reactive young part of us running the show, we often make poor decisions. This is not about blaming or judging that part but learning how to integrate that part into a whole.
Our in-person group workshop offers you the chance of learning alongside others who, like you, who care enough about themselves and the people around them to face their part in things. People often find that others have similar experiences, or gain insights into how other people’s experiences might be when they are different.
