I took a 6 week group anger management course led by Alistair and Jeff. It was great. The course content was meaningful and felt accurate; universal in its presentation but highly relatable. But what's more is I felt called into integrity by councilors rather than called out. Following the course I noticeably increased in my self-awareness (surrounding anger and other emotions as well) and consequently in my capacity to self-regulate. I'd highly recommend Moose to anyone looking for a non-judgmental opportunity to gain more tools to relate to their emotional world.
