This group is for men who have done some work on themselves already and want to look behind their anger and their reactions to go deeper and see what is underneath, in the shadows.

Alistair Moes, the founder of Moose Anger Management is starting a group for ten men who want to work on their personal challenges over six weeks. The group will meet online on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm PST. Alistair will guide each man to gain a deeper understanding of why they react in certain ways that hurt their relationships. The group is limited to ten men to ensure each person gets the support they need to make progress.

Being part of this group means being with other men who are also working on their issues. Each man will support one another as they go through their inner challenges. Alistair has helped thousands of men with similar issues and knows how valuable it is to work in a supportive community.

During the six weeks, you will have many opportunities to do deep inner work. This may involve gestalt work, where you explore different parts of yourself. It can be hard work, but it’s essential to understand ourselves better and make better choices. Alistair will help you integrate all parts of yourself to create a whole. It’s not about blaming or judging any part of yourself, but about learning how to connect more deeply with yourself. The path to healing is rarely easy, but it’s worth it.
