Our individual sessions offer you the advantage of tailoring sessions to your specific situation, making time for you to explore your needs, face your challenges, make the most of your resources, and learn new ways of relating to anger, to yourself and to the people in your life. It works.
People who attend our sessions can expect to:

Individual sessions are ongoing and flexible. Each session is 1.5 hours. It is necessary to attend a minimum of 4 sessions to complete the anger management program. Please contact us to receive further information and to register for individual sessions at any time.
Associate fees, Durwin Foster, MA, RCC, CCC, Furkhan Dandia, CCC, MACP, P.ENG, PMP, MBA, Tara Baty-Thomas MA, RCC, RCSW, Camilo Heredia, MBA, and Martha Isabel Morales, MACP, MA (DBT), RPC, EMDR, RCC, Daniela Wladislawoski London MA (C.Psy), MA, RCC are $205 for one hour, and $273 for each 1.5 hour session. Couples sessions are $247 for one hour and $341 for 1.5 hours. For the four session, 6 hour anger management program the cost is $1130 including the book. EMDR sessions with Martha Isabel Morales, MACP(N/D), MA (DBT), RPC, EMDR, RCC or Shay Narain, RCC are available for $273 for each 1.5hour session. (All RCC designated therapists do not charge GST.)
Fees for Senior Associates, Steve Henne, PhD, RCC, CGP are $236 for 1 hour, and $331 for each 1.5 hour session. For the four session 6 hour program the cost is $1362 and book included. Couples sessions are $299 for one hour, and $404 for 1.5 hours.
Fees for Senior Associates, Trevor Bird, MTC, IFSC, are $250+tax for 1 hour, and $325+tax for each 1.5 hour session. For the four session program the cost is $1338+tax (book included). Couples sessions are $350+tax for one hour, and $400+tax for each 1.5 hour session.
Fees for the Founder and Director of the Men’s Programs, Alistair Moes, are, for individuals: $300+tax for 1- hr, $429+tax for 1.5hr, and for couples: $381+tax for one hour and $548+tax for 1.5 hours. For the four session program the cost is $1754+tax (book included).
Fees for the Director of the Women’s Programs, Alejandra Proaño MA (Psy), MA (Lit), MSc, RCC are, for individuals: $275 for 1- hr, and for couples: $370 for one hour and $525 for 1.5 hours.
(Please note as of Jan 1st, 2025, GST is not charged for any RCC designated therapists. GST is charged on non-designated therapists.)
Individual sessions are all taking place online over the Jane App. The groups are over Zoom. We also meet people over the phone.
