Cian Dalton, Co-founder of The Stretch Space and Alistair Moes, Founder of Moose Anger Management will be leading a group of 10 men through two days of deep personal growth work.

The weekend will include two days from Noon – 8pm PST, that will consist of embodied boxing exercises, somatic and deep therapeutic practices that help uncover whatever is blocking you from being true to yourself. This weekend will lead you to discover and identify what is holding you back from success in your relationship with yourself and others, and how to overcome those blocks. Cian will lead the group through a profound breathwork practice to integrate the inspiration and personal growth that occurs each day.

Many of us carry emotional wounds beneath the surface, hidden in the shadows of our past. These emotions shape our reactions, impact our relationships, and often keep us stuck in cycles that no longer serve us. This two-day Boxing, Shadow & Breath Work Weekend is an opportunity to break free.

We are intentionally limiting the group size to ensure that every man experiences meaningful work and personal breakthroughs. This is not just a workshop, it is an invitation to deeply reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions, and reclaim your power.

What to Expect

GUIDED BY ALISTAIR MOES & CIAN DALTON, THIS WEEKEND WILL TAKE YOU ON A JOURNEY OF SELF-EXPLORATION, EMOTIONAL RELEASE, AND TRANSFORMATION

  • Boxing: Boxing is where we meet the body’s natural fight response — to explore its rhythm, honesty, and intelligence. This session is about presence, precision, and power held with awareness. You’ll learn some useful boxing skills, work through partner drills and padwork, and express energy through movement and breath. Boxing becomes a mirror — revealing how you meet resistance, express strength, and where you hold back.
  • Gestalt-Based Shadow Work: Alistair will guide men through grounded, experiential exercises that reveal what drives your reactions when emotions run high. You’ll start to see the deeper patterns that keep showing up in your life, especially the ones that block your growth or connection. Through guided conversations with the parts of yourself that carry old wounds, you’ll learn to give those parts the care and understanding they’ve always needed. This is deep, real work for men ready to step into emotional strength and authenticity.
  • Breath Work: We’ll finish each day with guided breathwork and integration, led by Cian Dalton, allowing the fire you’ve awakened to settle into calm strength and grounded confidence
  • Camaraderie & Deep Connection: You will not walk this path alone. You will experience the power of group work, where men come together to witness, support, and encourage each other in a way that fosters profound healing and transformation.

The cost per person for attending this 2-day weekend group workshop is $950 tax included.
To register, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required.

Facilitators

Alistair Moes is the founder of Moose Anger Management. He has 35+ years in the counselling field and has worked with thousands of men individually and in groups/workshops. His ability to lead men into profound conversations with the parts of them that sabotage their life is based on creating self-compassion, understanding and discovering how to connect the physical sensations that take us over in the most inopportune moments. He also loves to use humour and play.

Cian Dalton is the co-founder of The Stretch Space in Vancouver and the creator of Fight to Heal, a method that bridges movement, breath, and emotional expression. A former professional boxer, experienced breathwork and cold-water therapy facilitator, Cian helps people reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies, to release tension, build resilience, and rediscover their power.
